London Borough of Croydon

CEN works closely with the London Borough of Croydon to support their strategies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. We have worked with LB Croydon since the establishment of CEN.

EDF Energy

EDF and CEN have partnered on several projects that aim to help alleviate fuel poverty and increase uptake of CERT funding.

Energy Saving Trust

CEN is the managing agent for the Energy Saving Trust in London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex providing free impartial advice for householders on energy efficiency, water, waste, renewable energy and sustainable transport. The advice centre works closely with local authorities, businesses and communities to help householders to save energy and money.

London Borough of Richmond

Since 2008, CEN has provided in-house sustainability support to the London Borough of Richmond with the provision of an on-site Sustainability Support Officer. We have supported Richmond with developer energy statements, expertise with complex developments, tools to improve communication between developers and planners, as well as the provision of training.

English Rural Housing Association

CEN has provided successful sustainability support to 18 of English Rural Housing Association’s new developments, reflected in the 100% success rate to EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes certification. One of the schemes, at Stone-in-Oxney in Kent, built by GSE Design & Build, has been awarded Best Housing Development by Ashford Borough Council in their Building Design & Construction Awards 2010.

London Borough of Sutton

Since 2008, CEN has provided in-house sustainability support to the London Borough of Sutton with the provision of an on-site Sustainability Support Officer. Our provision of pre-application advice, expert scrutiny of energy statements and staff training is proving invaluable in helping Sutton to implement its ambitious policies on climate change.

Kent County Council

CEN works with Kent County Council on a number of projects that focus on delivering support and advice to consumers and community groups. This ranges from support for community groups to consumer based retrofit programmes designed to link residents to support across a wide area.

London Development Agency

CEN has delivered a number of contracts for the London Development Agency including the Home Energy Efficiency Programme (aka RE:NEW) and we are currently working on the Retrofit Employers Accord Programme.

National Energy Action

CEN has been a member of NEA for over a decade and we have always been fully supportive of their work. Many of CEN's employees have been trained by NEA and we regularly engage with them at events and forums in our core areas of operation. We have also helped link NEA services to our clients to help achieve mutual objectives.
