 Cycling
We have negotiated discount schemes with new and second-hand
bicycle dealers. We can also gain businesses access to Transport
for London’s excellent package of incentives, including
Raleigh bicycles at hugely discounted prices, free bike racks
and match funding for improving facilities for walking and
cycling.
Currently available:
- A tax break bicycle leasing scheme – up to 50%
off retail price
- 10% discount on all bicycles at Recycling-the second
hand bicycle shop

Walking
- the next step in green commuting
We provide information about the health benefits of walking
directly to your staff. We can also organise events, such
as a Walk to Work Day, which can be tailored to your company’s
needs.
If you are interested in improving the walking facilities
in your local area, we can organise an audit to see which
improvements are needed and liaise with other local businesses
and the local authority to achieve results.

 Car Sharing

sharing is a great way to cut down on carbon emissions
- but the difficult bit is finding someone to share your
trip to work.
We provide a matching service for car sharers
in your company, based on postcode plotting. We also give
information about London-wide and national car sharing systems
and car clubs.

Public transport
The TRavel Information
Packs contain a personal journey plan from TfL’s
Journey Planner. Ticket information is also included in the
TRIP. CEN can work with you to increase the amount of public
transport information (routes, timetables and costs) available
to your staff.
