Promoting sustainable use of Energy

 

Raising awareness and building knowledge of Energy Efficiency amongst the general public is key to reducing our energy usage in order to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions.

Since CEN started in 1997 we have provided advice to more than 100,000 people through our various advice services.

CEN provides a range of promotional and advisory services to achieve these aims.

Advice is provided by phone, online, and face to face at events, presentations, and training sessions. All telephone calls are taken by our team of trained energy advisors at our call handling centre. Follow the links on this page to find out more about our services.

All our Advice Coordinators have received RNID Typetalk training which allows them to communicate over the phone with potentially customers who have communication difficulties.
