CEN's dedicated biomass team works across all biomass fuel types and conversion technologies, and holds a strong focus on woodfuel heating and CHP. We provide services from domestic level up to large district heating schemes.

We aim to facilitate the use of developed biomass technologies, and support the development of local biomass supply networks.

If you wish to reduce your reliance upon fossil fuels, reduce your carbon footprint, or need to meet a sustainable energy policy for a new development, biomass may prove to be a good option. In our experience, biomass is often the lowest cost way of meeting planning requirements and simultaneously generates rural jobs, increases woodland management and puts the energy pound back into the local economy.
