Experience has demonstrated to us that to develop successful plans/strategies where the clients overall objectives are met, a bespoke service is required which relies on:

• A thorough understanding of the clients current status;
• A process where those that deliver the plan feel involved;
• Good advice; and,
• Buy in amongst the decision makers to align the team towards solution.

Recognising that existing priorities and strategy timescales differ for each local authority, this is a flexible service where the output best suits the needs of the client.

To date CEN has contributed to the development of many policies/strategies involving domestic energy, climate change and fuel poverty in London and the South East. We are able to present specific examples of our work in these areas upon request.
