Partnership Development

Successful implementation of strategies and initiatives rely upon inclusive partnerships where the members feel empowered and informed.

CEN has broad experience in developing and maintaining partnerships which has spanned 10 years. This includes the Renewable Energy Action for London, Kent Energy Efficiency Partnership (KEEP), Kent Health and Affordable Warmth (KHAW) and the South East Sustainable Energy partnership (SESEP).

Our successful delivery in this area draws on skills which include:

  • Process design
  • Facilitation
  • Identification of partners
  • Inclusive decision-making
  • Translation of results into meaningful action
  • Monitoring and evaluation
  • Secretariat services
