Many Local Authorities have signed the Nottingham Declaration but now need demonstrate their commitment by developing action plans.

CEN achieves this by effectively articulating objectives for improvement and progress into a meaningful action plan that:

• Engages partners into the agenda;
• Creates targets for improvement; and,
• Produces a robust action plan.
