An Energy Service Contract (ESCO) goes beyond design and installation, providing financing, ongoing maintenance, operation and billing. CEN ESCo offers:

A conventional “design and build” project ends when an installation is completed, and is limited in terms of the services provided. CEN goes further, managing the entire process, and taking the ongoing responsibility for vouchsafing equipment performance and efficiency.
